Andvest Ltd are a Boutique Funding Intermediary who specialise in assisting companies in a number of market sectors in raising the investment they require by working with them from the preparation of the submission documents, to presenting them to our funders, working with both the funder and the client to ensure that the process of Due Diligence and eventual execution of the funding documents is as efficient as possible.
The process of obtaining funding can be a time consuming and often hugely frustrating process. Investment companies will be focused on specific sectors of the market, on companies at different stages in their business lifespan, at varying levels of investment from £500k to £500million+, preferring debt or equity, recourse or non-recourse, with or without board participation, geographical location, currently in a funding cycle, to name but a few. Once all these boxes are ticked the company then have to present the investment opportunity in a manner that will be acceptable to the funder. Too much information with the presented documents the package will not be read, too little and the opportunity will be rejected
Many companies fail to obtain the funding they require not because they have a poor proposition or because they are a bad credit risk as a company, but because they don’t have access to the right funder at the right time that are willing and able to fund their project. For most who are specialists at their own technology or industry this will be a process that is condemned to failure from the start as it will result in trawling the internet with all the risks that involves with less than honest individuals looking for venerable companies to prey on or working with an intermediary that passes their submission documents on from intermediary to intermediary in a daisy chain looking for an active funder.
Andvest work with a very large funder who covers numerous market sectors and geographical locations and able to tailor the funding offer specific to the needs of a client be that a straight loan over a fixed term or equity participation. Andvest ensure that the funding paperwork is accurate and acceptable and submitted to the Chief Financial Officer ensuring all submissions are at a decision making level, not sent to a generic email address on a website contact page. Andvest then work with the client and the funder through the due diligence process.
